Ticket Access Specifics

American Express Card Members (excluding pre-paid card holders) have access to purchase the following tickets for the specified sales window: American Express Paddock Club.

Simply pay with your American Express Card at checkout. Tickets are subject to terms, conditions, and other rules established by Quint, LLC (“Quint”), the F1 official hospitality ticketing platform, also known as ‘F1 Experiences’. These terms and conditions are available during the checkout process. Offer is fulfilled by Quint, subject to availability and may be changed or revoked at any time. Not all seats available and blackout dates may apply. All sales final. No refunds. No exchanges.

Quint is liable to Card Members for the goods and/or services offered. American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. only offers the option of payment for such goods and/or services, therefore American Express, their shareholders, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, do not assume any obligation or liability with respect thereto to Card Members and/or the processing of personal data by Quint. Any claim derived from the goods and/or services offered by Quint and for any eventuality that may arise during the Event must be made directly to Quint.

Card Members will have access to purchase from 11am ET September 9 to 11am ET September 14, subject to availability.

  • FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX - Zandvoort, Netherlands – August 22 – 25, 2024
  • FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO D’ITALIA - Monza, Italy – August 29 – September 1, 2024
  • FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX - Austin, USA – October 17 – 20, 2024

F1 Experiences will be available to Card Members across all 2024 races (excluding FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX).

Quint or American Express will confirm the date, time and location for the ticket collection within a month of the event date.

No, Card Members may elect to check-out as a guest instead of creating an F1 Experiences profile.

Purchasing Specifics

The maximum number of tickets an individual will be able to purchase is ten, subject to availability.

If a certain ticket category is available, you will be able to choose your desired quantity and add it to your cart. A sold-out message appears for tickets that are no longer available.

Selecting specific seats online is not possible. However, you can send Quint your re-quest/preference when ordering tickets and Quint will do its best to satisfy your demand.

Child ticketing and admission policies vary by race so it’s best to check directly with the circuit. For access to Champions Club and the Formula 1 Paddock Club™, a ticket is required for all individuals regardless of age.

After you have confirmed your order online, Quint cannot accept cancellations. Contact your Sales Representative for cancellation policies. Should you be unable to attend the event or in the case of the event cancellation, please check the terms & conditions in your purchase agreement.

Quint recommends you place a new order if you wish to book more tickets after your original booking has been processed. Should you wish the two orders to be sitting together, please con-tact your Sales Representative and Quint will do its best to accommodate your request.

Orders are not generally changeable. However, if you have a request please contact one of Quint’s Sales Representatives by email or telephone.

Easy payment terms* (i.e. split payments in increments) are available for select races. Please check with your Sales Representative or listed prices online on how to avail of our easy payment plans for the races of your choosing.

In general, Quint will not share personally identifiable information about you with third parties, excluding Quint’s official partnerships. Formula 1® or Formula 1® Experiences may send personally identifiable information about you, including your email address, to other companies or people when:

  1. Quint has your consent to share the information;
  2. Quint needs to share this information to provide to you the information, product or ser-vice you have requested;
  3. Quint responds to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
  4. Quint finds or has reason to believe that your actions on Quint’s website violate website terms or conditions or are in violation of law.

Stolen, destroyed or lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Shopping Cart Specifics

The cart is used for storing the tickets you reserve before proceeding to the Checkout. After add-ing tickets to your cart, you can easily remove them or change the desired number.

Find the tickets you want, enter the desired number into the “Quantity’, and then click the “Add to Cart” button.

On the cart page, there is an option to the right of the item giving you the option to remove it from your cart.

Shipping Specifics

For online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.

No, shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

Tickets are sent by DHL for all events. For some events, you may also opt for pick up. This means that you will simply have to collect them directly at the event.

Tickets and other package components are sent approximately three weeks prior to the event via Ground delivery with other package components. Please note, a signature will be required for pickup.

Yes. If you need your tickets delivered to an address other than the invoice address, please contact us with details. For online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.
